Consistently Inconsistent

We just converted on a lead we generated from this very effort FOUR YEARS AGO!

I was just getting started then but I knew that if I wanted to be successful I would need to DIFFERENTIATE MYSELF from all the other wannabe investors trying to break in.

I was already willing to LOG THE HOURS most weren’t so that part was easy but GETTING CREATIVE with my efforts was what would ultimately serve me as I launched my business.

Incorporating tips, tricks, tools and tactics I learned from others in different industries to the world of real estate investing was critical to my early growth and success.

And as you can see it continues to pay dividends even TODAY!

The CRAZY PART is that I didn’t do anything anyone else couldn’t have done if they had just put in the EFFORT.

Not a day goes by I don’t get a message from someone about how they are STRUGGLING to find deals.

Well I’m here to tell you that if you do it correctly and put in the work it’s an inevitable certainty that YOU WILL LOCK UP DEALS.

The problem is most folks are CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT when it comes to their marketing efforts.

Or worse yet, is that those who are consistent, are doing the WRONG THINGS consistently.
