This week I am down in Dallas, Texas with 18,000 other amazing learning based real estate professionals for four days at the Keller Williams Family Reunion 2020.
We are digging deep, working our assess off and experiencing business breakthroughs that will change the course of our real estate sales and investment careers forever!
While here I am reminded of the first conference I went to about 5 years ago in Portland…
- I was in a coming off a failure that nearly crippled me.
- I was confused and lacking any direction.
- I was searching for guidance.
I don’t recall the cost of the event but I remember it was far more than I had at the time and took every ounce of courage I could muster up to pull the trigger and register.
But looking back on that time, boy am I glad I made that investment!
Fast forward 5 years…
- I am in the most amazing relationship any man could hope for.
- I am more resolute in my faith then I have ever been.
- I am absolutely crushing it in business.
My life and business are in a completely different place!
In 2019 I spent nearly six figures on masterminds, retreats, conferences, courses, education, etc.
Some call this level of commitment obsessive. And they would be right to do so. Because, frankly, I am obsessed.
I am obsessed with learning and growing, so I can keep leveling up my life and business, and continue serving other entrepreneurs.
BTW If you’re an entrepreneur this is your right, duty and obligation too!
I don’t look at things as a Cost anymore. I look at everything as an Investment now.
Don’t limit your potential and impact by being afraid to invest in yourself because it is hands down the best investment you can make!
