Zero Sum Game

If you have been following me for any length of time you probably know I like to share exact under the hood details of how I’ve built my businesses.

The good. The bad. The ugly.

But a lot of times these efforts are met with skepticism and criticism.

Aren’t you worried your training your competition?

If you teach them how to do it they won’t need you anymore!

This is the Scarcity Mindset at work and I subscribe to the Abundance Mindset.

I share what I know for a couple of reasons but they’re all reflective of one simple core belief.

Business is rarely a Zero-Sum Game.

In other words, if someone wins, someone else must lose.

That’s just not the case because most of us are not day trading stocks where on the other side of every winner there must be a loser.

There is an abundance of opportunity in the marketplace for anyone willing to take action.

And the more that we help people with details, the more detailed the help we receive in turn.

So call it Karma. Call it anything that you like. I like to call it simply Serving.

And plus it’s just a more offensive and less defensive way to live and to perform in the professional arena.
